Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms for both digital and physical products purchased through our Squarespace website.

Digital Products (Courses, E-books, Downloads)

Due to the nature of instant access, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products unless:

• You were charged in error

• You purchased the same product twice

• A technical issue on our end prevents access (and we are unable to resolve it)

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, email hello@bkmdevelopment.com within 7 days of purchase.

Physical Products (Printed Workbooks, Guides, etc.)

We accept returns of physical items within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• The item is unused and in resaleable condition

• You notify us via email before returning the item

• Items are returned within 14 days of notifying us

Return Process:

• Email hello@bkmdevelopment.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

• Post the item back to the address provided

• Once received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method (minus delivery unless the item is faulty)

• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

❗ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your physical item arrives faulty or damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue

• We’ll offer a replacement or full refund including postage
